Weather & Emergency Policy

 

In the event of severe weather, unsafe road conditions, power outages, or other emergencies that impact safe operation, Mrs Lovett’s Bakehouse reserves the right to reschedule pickup times.

 

If Mrs. Lovett’s Bakehouse must close due to weather or emergency circumstances, customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered:

• A rescheduled pickup time

• Store credit for a future order

Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related closures beyond our control.

If a customer chooses not to collect their order due to weather while Mrs. Lovett’s Bakehouse remains open during scheduled pickup hours, the order will be considered forfeited and is non-refundable.

Customer safety is important to us, and we encourage reasonable judgment when traveling in severe conditions.
