Refund Policy

At Mrs. Lovett’s Bakehouse, all items are prepared to order in dangerously small batches. Because of this, our refund policy is necessarily strict. Please review carefully before placing your order.

 

Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled with more than 72 hours (3 days) notice before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for store credit.

  • Orders canceled with less than 72 hours notice are non-refundable.

  • Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Changes to Orders

 

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, changes within 72 hours of pickup cannot be guaranteed.

 

Missed Pickups

 

Orders must be collected during the selected pickup window:

  • Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Orders not picked up during the designated time are considered forfeited and are non-refundable.

We take quality seriously and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or replacements, if issued, are at our discretion.

Payment Disputes

 

By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in refusal of future service.
