Welcome to Mrs. Lovett’s Bakehouse. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Pre-Order Policy
Mrs Lovett’s Bakehouse operates as a pre-order bakery only. We are not open for walk-in customers.
All orders require a minimum of three (3) days notice prior to pickup. Orders submitted with less than 3 days notice may be declined. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

2. Pickup Policy
Orders are available for pickup during the following collection windows:

Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Customers are responsible for collecting their orders within the selected pickup window.
The Saturday Morning Menu is available exclusively for Saturday morning pickup and is not available on other days.
Failure to pick up an order during the designated time may result in product forfeiture without refund.
3. Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Payments are securely processed through Wix Payments and its authorized payment processing partners. Mrs Lovett’s does not store full credit card information.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

Orders canceled with more than 72 hours notice may be eligible for store credit.

Orders canceled with less than 72 hours notice are non-refundable.

Changes to orders within 72 hours of pickup cannot be guaranteed.
5. Refunds
Because all items are prepared in small, made-to-order batches, refunds are generally not offered once an order has been prepared. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we may review and address the concern.
6. Allergen Disclaimer
Mrs. Lovett’s Bakehouse products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to:

Soy
While care is taken to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.
Customers with severe allergies should use discretion when ordering.

7. Product Availability
All products are offered in dangerously small batches and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute minor decorative elements or make slight adjustments due to ingredient availability, while maintaining overall quality and design.
8. Website Use
All content on this website, including images, branding, and written materials, is the property of Mrs. Lovett’s Bakehouse and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
We reserve the right to update menu items, pricing, policies, and availability at any time without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mrs. Lovett’s Bakehouse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
