f you’ve stopped by the Bakehouse on a Saturday morning lately, you may have noticed something new.

 

I’ve quietly been opening the doors for a little Saturday morning walk-in bakery.

 

No pre-orders.

No planning ahead.

Just come by between 8:30–11:30 AM

& see what’s waiting on the counter.

 

I’ll have a small selection of quite literally just-baked things: croissants, cinnamon buns, bomboloni, cookies, cakes, savory pastries, and whatever else came out of the ovens that morning.

It’s intentionally small and very old-fashioned.

Walk in.

Look at what’s fresh.

Pick something delicious.

Leave with a box.

 

Quantities are limited because, despite my best efforts, I have not yet figured out how to clone myself.
